Refunds & Cancellation policy

At Possibilities Studio, we value our clients and aim to provide the best possible experience. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation of Services

• Clients may request a cancellation of services by emailing us at contact@possibilitiesstudios.in.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled start of a project to avoid charges.

• For ongoing/retainer services, cancellations must be requested 30 days in advance.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before Project Commencement:
  If a cancellation is requested before work has begun, a full refund will be issued (excluding any processing fees).

• After Project Kick-off / Partial Completion:
  Refunds will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any expenses already incurred (third-party tools, stock assets, ads spend, etc.) are non-refundable.

• Completed Projects / Delivered Services:
  Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been shared, no refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Consultation fees

• Subscription-based services (monthly retainers, ad spends, hosting, third-party integrations)

• Any digital product/service that has already been delivered or activated

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank charges, gateway fees, or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Policy Updates

Possibilities Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our official website.
