Refunds & Cancellation policy
At Possibilities Studio, we value our clients and aim to provide the best possible experience. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request a cancellation of services by emailing us at contact@possibilitiesstudios.in.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled start of a project to avoid charges.
For ongoing/retainer services, cancellations must be requested 30 days in advance.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before Project Commencement:
If a cancellation is requested before work has begun, a full refund will be issued (excluding any processing fees).After Project Kick-off / Partial Completion:
Refunds will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any expenses already incurred (third-party tools, stock assets, ads spend, etc.) are non-refundable.Completed Projects / Delivered Services:
Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been shared, no refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Consultation fees
Subscription-based services (monthly retainers, ad spends, hosting, third-party integrations)
Any digital product/service that has already been delivered or activated
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 business days to the original payment method.
Bank charges, gateway fees, or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
5. Policy Updates
Possibilities Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our official website.
